The Marketing Support team assists Trek brands and managers with all property-level marketing and optimization initiatives, and to support you for all marketing needs. Whether you need a new Rental Management Analysis (RMA) or a full Unit Optimization Review, our goal is to help each property reach its maximum performance potential across all booking channels.

Rental Management Analysis (RMA) Request

An RMA provides a market-driven performance estimate for prospective units under consideration for onboarding. This analysis helps Property Managers and Business Development representatives make informed recommendations to property owners, realtors, and referral partners.

An RMA request is appropriate when:

  • A PMC or Business Development rep is evaluating a new property for potential onboarding

  • You are preparing a proposal or Rental Market Analysis for an owner or realtor

  • You need supporting data to present market performance expectations and projections (ADR, Occupancy, Revenue)

  • You want to benchmark a property’s revenue potential against comparable listings




Optimization Review Request

A Unit Optimization Review is typically initiated when a property owner or Property Manager believes a unit is underperforming or not meeting revenue expectations. Once submitted, the Marketing Support team conducts a full review of listing performance and visual presentation across major OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, and others).

Following the review, we make targeted updates — such as photo sequencing, title and description improvements, amenity adjustments, or pricing presentation changes — and then run A/B tests to measure the impact of these updates over time.

Typical triggers for an optimization review include:

  • An owner inquiry about low booking activity or visibility

  • A Property Manager identifies a decline in performance vs. comparable units

  • Listing appearance or ranking issues on Airbnb or Vrbo

  • Seasonal update opportunity (photos, amenities, or rate strategy refresh)


General Marketing Support Request

Use this form for any other marketing-related needs that fall outside of the RMA or Optimization Review categories. This may include requests for branded collateral, digital campaign support, or creative assets for owner or guest engagement.

Examples of general marketing requests include:

  • Custom or co-branded owner marketing materials (flyers, decks, postcards)

  • Email marketing campaign support (design, content, audience setup)

  • Social media photos or post ideas

  • Asset requests such as logos, photos, or brand templates

  • Copywriting or creative work for brand consistency
